Path of the Reservoirs PR-BA-180

It is a very interesting route due to the combination of natural, archaeological and cultural elements that it covers.

The Senda de los Embalses, partly because of its long route and partly because it runs through a protected natural area, with the added bonus of the presence of the reservoirs, is perfect for enjoying nature in its purest form. So much so, we will find the presence of almost all ecosystems, well preserved and therefore with a myriad of plant and animal species.

The route runs through four towns in the regions of La Serena and La Siberia. It also has other attractions, such as passing by the Roman Ruins of Lacimurga, the Castle of Puebla de Alcocer or a visit to the Chapel of the Virgin of the Cave.
